Shipping Policy

At Her Step (herstep.pk), we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 working days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or due to courier-related delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available) to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us.

Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including their full address and active phone number. Her Step is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery to certain remote locations may require additional time.
